



As Assistant Merchant, I supported the end-to-end development of the Holiday 2023 menswear collection, from initial concepting to in-store execution. I partnered closely with design to help shape the creative direction and contributed to garment concept ideation across categories. I owned the buy for all knits, footwear, and accessories across both in-store and e-commerce channels, aligning style selections with trend forecasts, brand vision, and margin targets. I also managed sample tracking across hundreds of cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment between design, production, and merchandising. Throughout the season, I served as a key tastemaker and connector, advocating for product ideas that felt fresh, commercially viable, and true to the Madewell Men’s identity.
