MADEWELL MENS FALL 2023
Supported the end-to-end development of the Fall 2023 menswear collection, from initial concepting to in-store execution. Partnered closely with design to help shape the creative direction and contributed to garment concept ideation across categories. Owned the buy for all knits, footwear, and accessories across both in-store and e-commerce channels, aligning style selections with trend forecasts, brand vision, and margin targets. Managed sample tracking across hundreds of cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment between design, production, and merchandising. Throughout the season served as a key tastemaker and connector, advocating for product ideas that felt fresh, commercially viable, and true to the Madewell Men’s identity.
